A+ Elder Care Assistance LLC in Tucson AZ helps people as they age to remain in their homes by providing three key features.
1. Assistance and advocacy during emergencies. To be clear, we do NOT provide hands on emergency care. We are there to support you and advocate for you during an emergency. We do NOT provide transportation to the ER/ED or Urgent Care. This plan is ideal for someone that doesn't need regular help in their home and doesn't want to be a burden to friends or family during a crisis.
2. We go to our client at their home and provide top notch hands on assistance with daily activities so that they can avoid moving to a facility.
3. Our signature Life Tour Guide. This is a health care professional who helps navigate the healthcare arena by accompanying clients to appointments, taking notes and helping follow up. A Life Tour Guide is like a Life Coach and Geriatric Care Manager/ Navigator rolled into one. A+ ECA is like an adopted family member who is committed to ensure clients have the best care as they trek through the aging process.

Why A+ is "better than the best"
No Non-Compete Clauses
We do not have a NON-COMPETE clause in our contract. We will not fine you and/or your caregiver if you decide to hire him/ her directly. If you want to hire your caregiver privately, let us know and we will work with you to make that happen.
No Minimum Weekly Hours
Many companies have a minimum number of weekly hours. Not A+ ...if you only need help one day a week, we don't coerce you to sign up for more.
Meet your Caregiver
You get to meet your caregiver and do your own interview prior to him/her starting a shift. We want it to be a great match!
Old Fashioned Values
Strong Work Ethics, Honesty and Integrity are a requirement for the caregivers we hire.
Payroll
You don't have to worry about paying your caregiver. We take care of all of the taxes, Medicare and Social Security.
We are fully transparent
We allow you to review the contract at your own pace, rather than getting you to sign on the dotted line immediately.

Insurance
Your caregiver is covered under Workers Comp as well as general liability when they are on the job.
Lower Holiday Prices
On Holidays, we only charge 1.25x rather than the industry standard of 1.5x the regular rate.
No Trip Fees
We will not charge a trip fee if a caregiver lives a long distance from you...it's Tucson, almost everything is a long drive!

Owner involvement
We are a small company and we get to know you and your family or your unique support system if you don't have family.
Emergency Assistance Plan
If you are not ready for regular in-home assistance, we have a plan where you can call us in an emergency. We do NOT provide hands on emergency services. We do provide support and advocacy during a crisis. We also do NOT provide any transportation in our vehicle at this time due to the high cost of insurance, and still being a new business.
Life Tour Guide
Guidance by Healthcare professionals (not medical advice) ...a Life Tour Guide is like a Case Manager or Care Coordinator and a Life Coach all in one package.
