When you fill out a form on our A+ Elder Care Assistance LLC website, (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

SMS Messaging Service

A+ Elder Care Assistance LLC does NOT utilize SMS messaging.   By providing my phone number in the contact form, I consent to receive individualized text messages from A+ Elder Care Assistance LLC  for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about in-home assistance, home care services or links to other websites that may be of interest.  These messages are NOT SMS messages; they are individual messages sent to an individual person for a specific reason, rather than a general text sent to a group for marketing purposes. 

Message and Data Rates may apply.

Message Frequency

You will only receive one SMS message from our website informing you that your form has been successfully submitted.  A copy of that form with your responses is sent to the email that you provided as well as to drjan@apluseca.com.  We then use that information to contact you about the services you requested.  There is no need to opt-out because we do not send any subsequent SMS messages. 

A+ Elder Care Assistance and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.

Privacy Policy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions

There is no need to cancel or opt-out because A+ Elder Care Assistance LLC does not use SMS messaging beyond a reply letting you know that your form was received, or if there was a problem with it's delivery.  Any follow up communication will come in the form of an e-mail, phone call, or a personalized text message intended for that individual, and not a SMS message.

Liability

We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.

Please note that there are risks involved in sending information.  Please use caution when sending any information via text or email.  A+ Elder Care Assistance LLC takes your privacy seriously and will take every measure to protect your information.  Please see our HIPAA Privacy Notice. 

Medical Emergency:  If you are experiencing a medical emergency, DO NOT send a message, instead, call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department.
