We have what it takes to help you remain in your home.
We will meet with you at your home to get to know you and your surroundings. We get a list of meds and learn your medical history so we can provide the best care or refer you to someone that can provide the level of care you need.
Some of our caregivers are great with modern elextronic devices. They can help you understand how to use your smart phone and other devices.
Our caregivers provide personal care such as bathing, showering, toileting and incontinence assistance that allows you to maintain your dignity and modesty.
If you are unable to, or simply don't want to get out of the house to run errands or go shopping, one of our care angels can do that for you.
When you become a member of our Emergency Assistance Plan, we will provide support during times of crisis. We do NOT provide hands on emergency assistance, nor do we provide transportation during an emergency. We provide support and advocacy during a crisis.
Some of our caregvers are good cooks. If you don't enjoy cooking, you can have them prepare several meals ahead, label them and freeze them.
Sometimes its nice to have someone to visit with and share stories, read books, do puzzles or other activities.
We provide one on one personal care for those on hospice including total bed care. We ensure they are comfortable without over-medicating.
If making the bed is getting difficult for you, a caregiver can assist with household tasks such as washing clothes, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms.
Going home from a hospital stay can be daunting. Many hospitals require 24 hour care after discharge. We can give you the peace of mind that you will have high quality care when you return home from a hospital or rehabilitation center.
Caregivers can remind you to take your medications. However, we are not able to set them up for you.
We assist with dressing. Making sure clothes match, buttons are done correctly, clothes are clean and neat.
Assisting with exercises to remain healthy and strong is key to being able to remain in your home safely. We encourage and assist with safe exercise plans that have been prescribed by a qualified health professional.
We believe that you should have a chance to meet your caregiver before he or she shows up at your home to care for you.
You get to meet him/her and decide if it is the right fit.
With todays technology, it can be very daunting navigating the health care system. Our Life Tour Guides are like a Case Manager, Care Manager, Care Corrdinator, Health Navigator and a Life Coach all in one package.
