Emergency Assistance

You don't have to be alone.  When you are in a crisis or emergency situation, it is comforting to know that you have an A+ Life Tour Guide with you to assist and advocate for your needs. 

How can a Life Tour Guide help?

When you become a member of our Emergency plan,

You have peace of mind when you have a crisis or emergency. 

Add us to your emergency contact list

and one of our Life Tour Guides

will either meet you at your home or the Emergency Department, whichever seems best. 

We do NOT provide hands on emergency care, nor do we transport to the ED/ER or Urgent Care. 

We DO provide support and advocacy

 DURING A CRISIS. 


Your Life Tour Guide will

  • Ensure you are getting proper care
  •  Confirm that they have the most current med list
  • If you have a DNR/ DNI, we will ensure that they honor it
  • Ask relevant questions to make sure staff are not missing pertinent information
  • Advocate for you and your needs
  • Contact people you want to know that you are in the ER. 
  • Stay with you (if requested or necessary for safety)  until family arrives
