$35 per hour for non-complex care for shifts ranging from 4 to 24 hours.

$39 per hour for Complex Care: 

If a client has any of these conditions or needs:  high fall risk, Hoyer lifts, feeding tube, Catheter care, incontinent and unable or unwilling to care for self, Full transfer, non-ambulatory, uncontrolled diabetes, Seizures, unstable heart conditions, unstable Blood Pressure, physically and/or verbally aggressive.. This is not an all inclusive list.  

$55 per hr.   

if only one or both are non-conplex care.   If both are considered complex, there may need to be two staff on duty at certain times to ensure safety.
